Position: Financial Controller & Human Capital

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage all Human Capital functions, including recruitment, training, compensation, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement financial and HR strategies to support the resort’s goals.
• Lead and mentor both the Finance and Human Capital teams.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Financial Controller, preferably with additional oversight of Human Resources, in a luxury hotel.
• Strong background in hotel finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and interpersonal skills.
• CPA, CHAE, or relevant professional certification is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in financial software and hotel PMS.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
