Position: Front Office Agent

Responsibilities:

• Manage guest check in and check out procedures with efficiency and warmth.
• Handle guest inquiries, answer phone calls, and assist with reservations.
• Process payments accurately and manage guest folios.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Address any guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Office Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS), such as Opera.
• Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
• A professional and welcoming demeanor with a strong guest service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism is an advantage.
