Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Manage guest reservations, inquiries, and requests in a professional manner.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Address guest feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent in a hotel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer focused with a positive and outgoing personality.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willing to work in shifts (morning, evening, night).
• Well groomed and professional appearance.
