Position: Restaurant Supervisor (Mandarin Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the restaurant team during service to ensure operational excellence.
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in training and scheduling staff.
- Interact with guests, particularly Mandarin speaking guests, to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle table reservations and manage seating arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with all service, hygiene, and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a supervisor in a high end restaurant or hotel.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem solving abilities.
- Detail oriented and able to multitask in a busy environment.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations.
- A positive and proactive team leader.
