Position: Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily hotel operations, acting as the manager on duty.
• Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
• Support the Front Office team with check in, check out, and guest services.
• Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure standards.
• Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in Front Office operations, with experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager.
• Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
• Superior guest service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Polished, professional, and calm under pressure.
• Fluent in English.
