Position: Duty Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations, acting as the manager on duty.
- Handle guest escalations and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
- Support the Front Office team with check in, check out, and guest services.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to ensure standards.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in Front Office operations, with experience as a Duty Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Superior guest service and communication abilities.
- Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Polished, professional, and calm under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
