Position: Learning & Development Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage training programs for all hotel departments.
- Identify training needs and develop learning modules to enhance colleague skills and performance.
- Champion the IHG service culture and brand standards throughout the hotel.
- Manage the hotel’s learning management system and track colleague development.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation for new hires, introducing them to the brand and neighborhood stories.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development or Training role, preferably within an international hotel chain.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Passionate about colleague growth and development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple training initiatives.
- Based in Bandung or willing to relocate.
