Position: Banquet Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively solicit and secure new banquet and event business, including MICE and weddings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.
  • Conduct comprehensive site inspections and present hotel facilities to potential clients.
  • Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEO).
  • Collaborate with the F&B and operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Banquet Sales Executive or similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the MICE and social event market.
  • Strong network of clients in the Serpong/Tangerang area is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Must be responsive, respectful, and dedicated to delivering great experiences.
  • Proficient in hotel sales software and Microsoft Office.
