Position: Banquet Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and secure new banquet and event business, including MICE and weddings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and community partners.
- Conduct comprehensive site inspections and present hotel facilities to potential clients.
- Prepare detailed event proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEO).
- Collaborate with the F&B and operational teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Banquet Sales Executive or similar role in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the MICE and social event market.
- Strong network of clients in the Serpong/Tangerang area is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Must be responsive, respectful, and dedicated to delivering great experiences.
- Proficient in hotel sales software and Microsoft Office.
