Position: Finance & Business Support Manager / Assistant Director of Finance and Business Support
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel financial operations, including general accounting, payroll, and budgeting.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, forecasts, and variance reports for management.
- Ensure full compliance with IHG financial policies, local tax regulations, and audit standards.
- Manage the hotel’s purchasing, procurement, and inventory control processes using specified systems.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and business support team, managing performance and fostering growth.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female.
- Strong Leadership.
- Minimum Experience 3 Years at the same position.
- Well known with Opera, Micross Symphony, Purchase Plus, Talenta.
- Able to Speak English Fluently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
