Position: Sales Manager Corporate

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to capture the corporate market segment in Jakarta.
• Actively source, identify, and secure new corporate accounts and partnerships.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate clients and bookers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for the corporate segment.
• Represent Hotel Tentrem Jakarta at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 (Two) years experience in a similar role at a 5 star hotel.
• A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the Jakarta corporate market.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Having pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of the Jakarta hospitality landscape.
