Position: Reservation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train the reservation team to ensure high quality service.
• Manage room inventory, rates, and availability across all booking channels.
• Handle group bookings, allotments, and special guest requests.
• Monitor reservation systems for accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.
• Prepare revenue forecasts and occupancy reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Reservation Supervisor or senior agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expert proficiency in hotel PMS and online reservation systems.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on maximizing revenue.
• Detail oriented and highly organized.
• Familiar with the Batam hospitality market.
