Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check in and check out procedures efficiently and courteously.
• Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about the hotel and Batam.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Manage phone calls, reservations, and correspondence.
• Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Desk Agent in a reputable hotel.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Strong problem solving abilities.
