Position: Guest Service Agent

Responsibilities:

• Perform all check in and check out tasks in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage online and phone reservations and inquiries.
• Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally, resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Guest Service Agent or in a similar Front Office role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS).
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
• Willingness to learn and develop through Accor’s learning programs.
