Position: People & Culture Internship

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews.
• Support the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing employee engagement and training activities.
• Provide administrative support to the People & Culture (HR) department.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Strong desire to learn and build a career in hospitality HR.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to develop talent through Accor’s learning programs.
