Position: FB Outlet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire operation of a designated food and beverage outlet.
• Train, mentor, and supervise outlet staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
• Manage guest relations, handle feedback, and ensure ultimate guest satisfaction.
• Control operational costs, manage inventory, and optimize outlet profitability.
• Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive revenue and footfall.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 (Two) years experience as an Outlet Manager or Assistant Manager at a 5 star hotel.
• A visionary leader who is technology savvy with excellence office administration, communication and analytical skills.
• Familiar with all nature of hotel operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L, costing, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership and team development skills.
• Having pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Passion for delivering high quality food and beverage experiences.
