Position: Front Desk Agent (Mandarin Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform check in and check out procedures for all guests, with a special focus on assisting Mandarin speaking guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in English and Mandarin.
  • Manage reservations, phone calls, and guest correspondence.
  • Process payments and maintain guest folios accurately.
  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions in a responsive manner.

Qualifications:

  • Must be fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English.
  • Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
  • Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and a positive, welcoming attitude.
  • Responsive, respectful, and able to deliver great guest experiences.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts.
