Position: Storekeeper Apprentice

Responsibilities:

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying all incoming goods against purchase orders.
• Ensure all items are stored correctly in designated areas following FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and security of all storeroom areas.
• Assist in conducting regular physical inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Prepare and issue supplies to various departments based on approved requisitions in the system.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma degree in related field.
• At least 1 year experience in a 5-star hotel.
• Skilled in Excel and ORACLE Micros system.
• Understand FIFO stock rotation.
• Able to handle and store food, beverages, and supplies safely.
• Ready to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Good teamwork, patience, and ability to work under pressure.
• Positive, disciplined, and well-groomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
