Position: Banquet Operation Manager

About the Role:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute all banquet events, including weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
• Manage and lead the banquet team, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Create and manage budgets for banquet operations, controlling costs while maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure all event setups comply with brand standards and client specifications.
• Liaise with clients, sales, and culinary teams to ensure seamless event execution.

Your Skills & Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Proven track record in team management and leadership within a large scale banquet operation.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards, setup, and event logistics.
• Excellent event planning, coordination, and problem solving skills.
• Strong financial acumen for budgeting and cost control.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
