Position: Front Desk Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Manage guest check in and check out procedures efficiently and professionally.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate guest folios.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local Cirebon attractions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent, preferably in a 4 star hotel.
  • Proficiency in a hotel Property Management System (PMS).
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Positive, well groomed, and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
