Position: Assistant Reception Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory role, preferably in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate the reception team.
• Expertise in all Front Desk operations, including check in, check out, and guest services.
• Exceptional problem solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints.
• Proficiency in hotel PMS, preferably Opera.
• Excellent communication skills and fluent in English.
• Strong focus on delivering outstanding guest experiences.
