Position: Cluster Asst. Director of Sales (Corporate Segment)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the corporate segment across the cluster.
• Lead and mentor the corporate sales team to achieve revenue targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and partners.
• Collaborate with the revenue team to ensure optimal pricing and profitability.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 (two) years experience in the same position from 4 or 5 stars hotel
• Strategic thinking and business acumen with excellent communication skill
• Results oriented with a focus on revenue and profitability
• Analytical mindset with data driven decision making
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategy to execute market penetration
• Proven track record of customer relation management to increase productivity and sales conversion
