Position: Welcome Crew (FDA – Female)

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet guests with a warm, energetic Yello attitude.
• Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using the hotel’s PMS.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process payments and maintain an accurate cash float.
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and local Bandung attractions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Agent or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Female candidate, with a professional and well-groomed appearance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proficient with hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
• A positive, energetic, and tech-savvy personality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a guest-oriented mindset.
• Willing to work in shifts and adapt to a dynamic environment.
