Position: Retail Attendant
Work Experience & Qualifications:
- Well English interpersonal communication skills.
- More than 6 months of experience in the related position, with international clientele experience.
- Experience in luxury hotels/ resorts in Southeast Asia would be advantageous.
- Diploma in Hospitality Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent.
- Honest, high initiative, and outgoing personality.
- Fully embrace sustainability efforts.
- Preferably able to speak Mandarin for Retail Attendant.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the resort’s luxury boutique, ensuring a high standard of presentation and service.
- Provide personalized shopping assistance to high end international guests, offering product knowledge and recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, assist with stock receiving, pricing, and conduct regular stocktakes.
- Ensure the boutique’s visual merchandising is elegant, attractive, and aligns with the Bawah Reserve brand.
