Position: Income Audit Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel income audit or night audit.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, POS systems, and PMS (Opera).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and reconciliation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English.
- Diploma or degree in Accounting or Hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily income audit process, ensuring all hotel revenues are accurately recorded and reconciled.
- Verify and balance all revenue entries from F&B outlets, Front Office, and other revenue centers.
- Audit the daily night audit reports, cash postings, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare the Daily Revenue Report for management.
- Identify and investigate any discrepancies, reporting them to the finance leadership.
