Position: Restaurant Manager – Kahyangan Restaurant
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the upscale Kahyangan Restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experience and service standards, commensurate with the reputation of the restaurant.
- Lead, motivate, and train the F&B Service team, ensuring superior product knowledge and salesmanship.
- Manage reservations, seating, and special requests, maintaining strong communication and organization skills.
- Monitor and control F&B costs, inventory, and revenue generation to meet departmental budgets and targets.
- Actively manage guest feedback and complaints, ensuring rapid and professional resolution to maintain customer loyalty.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fine dining, or specialty restaurant, preferably in a 5-star hotel in Central Jakarta.
- Strong leadership, financial management, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, essential for an upscale dining environment.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction and driving F&B revenue.
- In-depth knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
- Ability to lead a team and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in POS and restaurant management systems.
