Position: Guest Service Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online channels promptly and accurately, focusing on maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Provide detailed information on room types, packages, and hotel amenities, effectively upselling products to guests.
- Ensure accurate input of reservation data into the Property Management System (PMS) and maintain organized documentation.
- Handle guest inquiries regarding existing reservations, modifications, and cancellations with professional communication skills.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Revenue Management teams to apply promotional rates and strategies correctly.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Reservation Agent or Guest Service Agent in a city hotel environment.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in handling reservation data and guest communications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and central reservation systems.
- Sales-oriented mindset with proven ability to upsell hotel products and maximize booking value.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high call/email volumes in the Central Jakarta market.
- A professional, courteous, and pleasant telephone demeanor.
