Position: Chef de Cuisine – Western
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a 5 star resort, specializing in Western cuisine
- Strong leadership, training, and team management skills
- Expertise in menu development, food costing, and kitchen budget management
- Creative and passionate about delivering high quality, innovative dishes
- In depth knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Talented and passionate individual with a dynamic personality
