Position: Assistant Chief Engineering

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role (e.g., Assistant Chief Engineer or Engineering Supervisor) in a large scale resort
  • Strong technical knowledge of hotel mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), and HVAC systems
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to assist in managing the engineering team
  • Experience with preventative maintenance programs and building management systems
  • Talented, passionate, and energetic with strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication and administrative skills for reporting and scheduling
  • Relevant educational background in Engineering or a related technical field
