Position: SPA Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or senior therapist in a luxury hotel or resort spa
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate spa therapists
- In depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness, and guest service standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and feedback
- Talented and passionate about the spa and wellness industry
- Good organizational skills for scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
- Relevant certification in spa therapy or hospitality is an advantage
