Position: SPA Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or senior therapist in a luxury hotel or resort spa
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate spa therapists
• In depth knowledge of spa treatments, wellness, and guest service standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle guest inquiries and feedback
• Talented and passionate about the spa and wellness industry
• Good organizational skills for scheduling, inventory, and daily operations
• Relevant certification in spa therapy or hospitality is an advantage
