Position: EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

General Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or related field
  • 5 – 8 years of housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts
  • Experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel environments preferred
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry operations, linen management, and room inspection standards
  • Familiar with Occupational Health & Safety (OHS), PPE, and chemical handling
  • Understanding of green cleaning and sustainable housekeeping practice
  • Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate large, diverse teams
  • Excellent delegation, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiar with Property Management Systems (PMS) like Opera
  • Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook)
