Position: Floor Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire floor operation for a shift in the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort outlet.
- Manage all floor staff, including Captains and Waitstaff, ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest escalations and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff positioning and section assignments.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high volume lifestyle venue.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a large team in a fast paced environment.
- Deep knowledge of F&B service standards, guest relations, and floor management.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities.
- Experience in a pre-opening context in Canggu or Bali is a major plus.
- High energy and a professional presence.
