Position: Room Division Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead all Rooms Division departments for the pre-opening, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Spa, and Guest Relations.
- Develop and implement all operational procedures and service standards for the division.
- Drive guest satisfaction, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage the division’s budget, maximize room revenue, and control expenses.
- Recruit, train, and build a passionate and empowered Rooms Division team.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Room Division Manager or Director of Rooms in a 5-star luxury hotel.
- Pre-opening experience is strongly preferred.
- A visionary leader with a passion for world-class standards and timeless elegance.
- Strong financial acumen, with expertise in revenue management and budgeting.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire and lead a large, diverse team.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
- Deep understanding of luxury hospitality operations in the Indonesian market.
