Position: Marketing Communications Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the pre-opening marketing and communications strategy for the hotel.
• Manage all PR, social media, digital marketing, and branding initiatives.
• Create compelling content and campaigns that establish the hotel as an iconic luxury destination.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media in Surabaya and nationally.
• Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and elegance.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Manager in luxury hospitality or a related industry.
• Pre-opening and launch campaign experience is essential.
• A creative visionary with strong skills in branding, digital marketing, and public relations.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Strong network of media and influencer contacts, especially in East Java.
• Passionate about storytelling and creating unforgettable brand experiences.
• Dynamic, innovative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
