Position: Banquet Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the pre-opening and ongoing operations of the hotel’s entire Banquet department.
- Recruit, train, and manage the banquet operations team, fostering a culture of ownership and mutual trust.
- Oversee the flawless execution of all MICE, corporate, and social events.
- Manage all banquet service, setup, and AV operations, ensuring the highest standards of service.
- Control banquet operations budget, inventory, and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Banquet Operations Manager in a 5-star luxury hotel, preferably in Jakarta.
- Pre-opening experience is highly advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a large, united team.
- Meticulous attention to detail for luxury event execution.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Deep understanding of the Jakarta MICE and events market.
- Fluent in English.
