Position: IT Officer
Responsibilities:
- Manage all hotel IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware (PCs, POS), and software.
- Provide technical support to all departments and resolve IT-related issues.
- Oversee the hotel’s PMS, POS systems, and other hospitality software.
- Ensure data security, manage backups, and implement IT policies.
- Assist with the setup of all IT systems during the pre-opening phase.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role, preferably in a hotel.
- Strong knowledge of network management, hardware troubleshooting, and software support.
- Experience with hotel PMS (e.g., VHP) and POS systems is a major plus.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
