Position: Finance Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department including accountant, AR, AP, and payroll.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly operating results vs. budget.
  • Prepare financial analysis to support operations and business decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Manage audits and ensure adherence to financial policies and tax regulation.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Accounting / Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior finance or accounting position or 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian taxation is mandatory.
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic resort environment.
