Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of a specific F&B outlet.
  • Supervise and train the service staff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Lead shifts and manage the outlet in the absence of the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant supervisory role (e.g., Captain, Supervisor) in a 5-star hotel.
  • Strong knowledge of F&B service, wine, and spirits.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and training skills.
  • Hands-on, energetic, and guest-focused.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Eager to grow and take on new challenges in a pre-opening environment.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
