Position: Resto & Bar Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and presentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability, including menu engineering and promotions.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B service team, ensuring adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and procurement for beverages and restaurant supplies.
- Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure seamless service and menu alignment.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the same field.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Proficiency in using computer software for scheduling and inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management is a plus.
