Position: Chief Security
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the hotel’s security and safety operations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, safety procedures, and emergency response plans.
- Act as the guardian of our landmark property, ensuring the safety of all guests, associates, and assets.
- Train, supervise, and motivate the security team, fostering a culture of integrity and professionalism.
- Liaise with local law enforcement and conduct thorough investigations into any security incidents.
- Oversee surveillance systems, patrols, and access control for the entire hotel.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chief Security or Security Manager in a luxury or heritage hotel.
- An unwavering commitment to safety and security.
- Strong leadership skills with a background in managing and training security personnel.
- Values integrity, professionalism, and excellence in ensuring guest safety.
- Certified in security and safety protocols; experience with emergency management.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Must be able to provide a safe haven where history meets heart.
