We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager to drive revenue and market share in the local business segment. Position: Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specifically targeting corporate accounts and business travel within the Matraman and East Jakarta area.
  • Proactively solicit new corporate accounts and manage existing key client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets for room nights and MICE segments.
  • Conduct sales calls, presentations, and client entertainment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a business hotel.
  • Strong network of corporate contacts in the East Jakarta area.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in sales management software.
  • Fluent in English.
