Position: Cook Leader
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the production team during shifts, ensuring efficient operation and high food quality.
- Supervise and train junior cooks, ensuring adherence to standard recipes and presentations.
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene (HACCP) and food safety standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory and assist with ordering and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cook Leader or Senior Chef de Partie in a hotel environment.
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various breakfast and all-day dining items.
- Proven leadership and supervisory abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and inventory management.
- Relevant culinary education or certification.
