Position: Guest Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently delivered.
- Handle complex guest issues, complaints, and service recovery efficiently and professionally.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and implement corrective actions to drive improvement.
- Manage staff training, scheduling, and performance of the Front Office team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Guest Service Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a reputable hotel.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Relevant D3/S1 degree in Hospitality Management.
