Position: Senior Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue and market share.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, focusing on corporate, MICE, and local segments.
  • Manage key client accounts and actively solicit new business opportunities in the Surabaya and East Java market.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of progressive experience in Hotel Sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving sales targets in the East Java market.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluent in English.
