Position: Sugarsand Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of Sugarsand, the hotel’s signature beachfront restaurant/bar.
  • Lead, train, and manage the restaurant team, ensuring adherence to high service and culinary standards.
  • Manage inventory, cost control, and profitability for the outlet.
  • Handle guest feedback and ensure smooth coordination between the front and back of house.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end or beachfront dining establishment.
  • Strong leadership, service, and communication skills.
  • Expertise in food and beverage operations, including bar and cocktail service.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Fluent in English.
