Position: Front Office Supervisor
Qualifications:
- Min. 2 years experience in the same position.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Team player with good personality.
- Mandarin Speaker is preferred.
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities.
- Proficient in Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Experienced in handling guest complaints and service recovery.
