Position: F&B Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations, including team guidance and service quality control.
- Ensure compliance with all service standards, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and ensure prompt resolution to complaints.
- Assist the manager in staff training, scheduling, and inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Two (2) years experience in a similar supervisory F&B position at a 4- or 5-star property.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
- Ability to work effectively in a team with a positive attitude.
- Relevant education background in Hospitality or F&B Management.
