Position: Finance Manager & Business Support
Responsibilities:
- Manage the hotel’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Provide crucial business support and analytical insights to the hotel management team.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and IHG standards.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Finance Management role, preferably within an international hotel chain.
- Strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian tax and accounting regulations.
- Proficiency in hotel finance software (e.g., Opera) and Microsoft Excel.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
