Position: Director of Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the comprehensive sales and marketing strategy to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Lead and manage the Sales and Marketing team, covering all segments (Leisure, MICE, Corporate).
  • Manage departmental budgets and oversee all promotional and public relations activities.
  • Maintain and grow key relationships with global partners, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 2 years as a Director, preferably in a luxury Bali resort.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the Bali tourism market and competitive landscape.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
