Position: Sales Manager (Jakarta Sales Office)
Responsibilities:
- Proactively solicit and manage accounts from the Jakarta market, specifically targeting corporate and MICE segments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key Jakarta-based accounts and corporate clients.
- Conduct regular sales calls and client meetings in Jakarta, representing the Bandung property.
- Achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in a reputable hotel, preferably with a Jakarta sales office setup.
- Strong network of corporate and MICE contacts in Jakarta.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficient in sales management software.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
