Position: F&B Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting.
- Develop F&B strategies to drive revenue and ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B team, managing schedules and service standards.
- Control F&B budgets, inventory, and cost control.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in a 4-star hotel.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Deep knowledge of F&B service standards, hygiene, and cost control.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
