Position: Guest Relation Officer (Chinese Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for Chinese-speaking guests, assisting with check-in/out, inquiries, and complaints.
- Provide personalized services and ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, especially for key international accounts.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to guests.
- Assist the Front Office team with general duties when required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a GRO or Guest Service Agent, preferably in a business hotel.
- Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and reservations systems.
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
